  BEWARE!!! Placed an online order I got there at 9:45am. I sat at the speaker 5 mins. Pulled up after that I got two drinks and she told me to pull up to wait and I waited another 10 mins to get the wrong order. She took the food I touched and handed it to the person behind me. I waited another 10 mins and received another wrong order and she was confused. She said they'll make my order. I just told them to forget about it. I asked for a refund. I had to wait another 10 mins because they didn't have any ones. Never come here. Very unprofessional for a taco bell. They are failing on multiple levels. Management sucks and it shows. A complete waste of my time. The drinks tasted like their service. Bad.

  Came to eat at 9:00pm wanted to eat inside with my husband. Walked in got told by employee as soon as we walked in. They were going to close the lobby early to go through the drive through. I was confused as there were other guest in the lobby eating/ordering. I told him we wanted to eat inside and then he told me there were only 3 workers to please use the drive thru. Told him thanks I’ll just take my business elsewhere. I don’t see why we couldn’t eat inside and there was no sign posted they were closing the lobby early. Weird.

  We ordered from the kiosk and we saw alot of people already waiting. It felt very tense when we came in. Right as we were sitting down someone from the back came up and was yelling at the front order person and was belittling her. The order person was very nice and apologizing for the wait and making sure everyone had what they needed. Someone else was told they couldn’t order due to it being too big and the manager was extremely rude when the customer was trying to solve the issue. I ordered spicy nuggets but got regular and we were missing chips from the order. Besides the front person being kind, everything else was not good.

  Had to wait way too long at the counter. The Mountain Dew was clear as water with bubbles. They said they were out again. It was the same on my last visit some time ago. The napkins dispensers are empty. Overall, I wish that I had gone elsewhere. It has been a while since my last visit, and it will be a longer while before my next one.

  I was redoing my house and I had people here I needed to feed. Place an order for over $60 worth of food. I sent someone to get it she waited at the restaurant for 45 minutes to get the food. When she got back they hadn't given us several items. So she went back to get them and I called the restaurant to let them know. Before I got in touch with anyone, cuz because we live right down the road, the person I sent to get the food corrected called me. I could hear in the background a female just bitching. I was told it was the only woman cook there and she took the phone and proceeded to tell me I was lying about missing two tacos. She said there are cameras back here, and they were in there. I triple checked the bag and they were not. Calmly I told her this. And then I told her that because my friend had to come back to get the order corrected, the food was cold and soggy before anybody got to eat it. She said I'm not remaking the order, give you those two tacos but that's it. I asked for her name and she hated the phone back to the person I had sent. Like okay I spent $60 on food here and I'm going to lie about two tacos? Or waste time sending someone back for two tacos. The manager actually seemed scared of the cook because I called back and asked for her name and the manager said he wasn't out there so he didn't know who I was talking to you earlier. I said you don't know what's going on in your own store? I said I'm not getting off the phone until you tell me who that was and then I'm going to call corporate. He said well the only female we have here tonight is the cook and her name is I want to say Angie but I'm not sure because I was so mad I forgot. So okay you just lied to me? He said well I'll send you some vouchers for free tacos. Turns out that's one taco per visit. Our meal was awful too. Like rushed, slapped together, half open in the wrappers. Never again.
