  Every time I order a damn burger with no cheese yall give me one with cheese. I have to come back every time because you guys have 0 reading comprehension skills. I don’t know why it’s so hard to not put cheese on a burger. It has been literally the last 5 damn times I have come to this location. Maybe it’s because half of your staff is high schoolers but maybe once you have a staff that cares it’ll be different.

  Avoid this Sonic like the plague. My wife and I ordered from this Sonic one night bc it was close. When we got our order my wife said the ice cream tasted funny I told her to stop eating and we will check our order. We ordered 2 hot fudge Sundays and a MM blast with Brownie pieces. We look in the box it was dirty with other candy pieces in the box. Reeses my wife is allergic to Peanut Butter. She starts having a reaction. Thankfully we have medication on hand and she took it and it calmed down. When I called the store all the manager had to say was “I’m sorry I’ll talk with the staff”

  I was not aware that this location closed at 9. I came through right at 9 apparently and my order was taken where the girl failed to inform us that they were closed. They proceeded to take two more orders behind me, I paid at the window and again it was not mentioned that they were closed. The young girl that came and asked me a question about my order, AGAIN failed to explain that they were closing until I answered her question and she became extremely rude. When my food was finally ready she shoved my bag out the window to me with an aggressive “Here.” This young lady needs to be educated on how to properly serve the public. The gentleman who took my pay was very kind, but again, no one mentioned that they were closed. I simply got told “no we can’t do that right now.” Maybe employees should inform customers that they are closed instead of taking the orders and treating the customers like garbage.

  How pathetic closing at 8 pm when the whole point of fast food is to be convenient and available. I hope this location fails, it's so ugly atop the hill
