  Way too many people working here at once. When I came in I saw one guy rush to hide his phone, another literally jumped off the waiting bench for the customers and ran behind the register to whatever station he wasn’t working at.

  I just ordered buy 1 get 1 free pizza from this Papa John's store on Patten Ave and I only got 1 pizza. I ordered this 3 days before and I got both pizza. I ordered $4 dollars in extra sauces for me and my kids. So I called the store and they put me on the phone with the manager on June 29th at 3:00pm and she straight up lied to me about the buy one get one free. She said she never heard of Papa John's doing that when I clearly ordered the same deal three days ago and got both. But the part where she lied about it and then told me she could not do anything about it or that she didn't do anything about it. I needed two pizzas to feed everyone so now after she didn't refund me for the extra sauses nor decided to send me my other pizza I had to order more food from somewhere else to feed my family. Piss poor customer service she didn't care didn't do anything about and made it like it's my fault. but mind you there is a commercial on TV even saying buy one get one free on the specific pizza that I got. I'm so mad and never ordering with Papa John's again because of employees like her

  I’m a regular here visiting at least twice a month. I got bad bbq boneless wings 2 weeks ago (they were hard, super dry with barely any bbq sauce as the picture shows, which is unusual for them). I called and the guy I spoke to got my name/number and said to call to remake them and I said ok thank you. I call today after I placed an order for pizza/cheese sticks and the guy on the phone was rude and acted like my name or number was NOT wrote down, basically seeming like I was lying. It is what it is, but it just shows the type of people running that place and their word means nothing.
