Ordered 2 Big Macs… & received 0 patties… bruh.
Good thing we hadn’t driven off, they did make it right & somehow one of our redone burgers ended up with 3 patties. Something isn’t right here.

I was picking up an order for a Uber eats customer. When I arrived, there was only 1 car in front of me and 1 car behind me at the time. The man at the 1st window was very kind. However the man at the 2nd window was not. The man at the 2nd window asked me for the name and for the order number, shut the window, and walked away. Then came back to the window asking me for the name and order number again. I repeated the name and the order number and told him that the customer had texted me through the Uber app asking for ranch and demon sauce. The man then seemed very irritated and then slammed the window and walked away for a few minutes. Then he came back to the window and very rudely (making it very obvious that he was annoyed) asked me to go park at parking space 1 to wait on the order. I waited for 25 minutes, watching maybe 5 other cars drive in and drive out and I was very confused by this because the customer had only ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 of them being a meal with a drink. I drove back to the intercom to check on what was going on. The nice man apologized and said that they forgot the order. He claimed that they got really busy. However I only saw maybe 5 cars come in out in the 25 minutes that I was waiting. I finally get to the 2nd window again and the guy the 2nd window had the order sitting next to him. He said he was sorry but when I asked if the sauces were in the bag he got annoyed again and rudely answered yes. The bag felt cold. I really hope that those customers actually received the right items, the sauces they requested and their food wasn't cold as they only lived 8 minutes away from the store. Technically I could have canceled the order because it was taking so long, but I knew that that customer was already waiting for so long and didn't want them to have to wait again because it was obvious that this location is unprofessional and slow. I did not want to do that to that customer as I actually care about my customers (in any job I do) and treat them with courtesy and respect. Apparently this location is constantly unprofessional and slow because while I was contacting the Uber Eats customer to keep them updated, they said "that Patton ave McDonald's always has issues". Not to mention all of the other bad reviews of similar experiences. I contacted corporate as well. I wouldn't mind as much if I was ordering for myself, but knowing I will most likely pick up future orders for Uber from this location, I felt the need to report this matter. Luckily the customer was very cool. It is unfair that this restaurant is costing delivery drivers so much of their time and risking a poor tip/review due to poor management/staffing choice.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order. Unfortunately, the requested extra mocha and caramel drizzle were once again missing. This has become a recurring issue, and it's disheartening to see it persist. I had hoped that this would be resolved by now. It's particularly concerning when the management is unable to ensure such a simple request is fulfilled. I truly enjoy the products offered, but these repeated oversights detract from the overall experience. I hope that this feedback will lead to improvements in order accuracy going forward. Ensuring all customizations are correctly made is essential for customer satisfaction. Seriously disappointed!
