    There is a full size piano that plays all by itself. You can actually see the keys being pressed by what appears to be an unidentified entity. Creepy cool.

    Well, Google, it's a McDonald's. What do you expect? Fast, friendly service. Coffee & food just as expected: tasty, nothing wild. I was disappointed the electrical outlets have all been covered. Nice to plug in. I suppose it encourages "loitering".

    I went up to this store in particular because I knew that it was a 24-hour restaurant so I could get me and my 3 other family members a little something to eat. And one of the employees claimed the store was “Closed” and that the app I had ordered my food through was a “Third Party app”. I know for a fact that this McDonalds is 24-hours because it is next to a highway and they stay open for travelers. I’m not completely certain about the app but I am pretty sure it is not “Third Party” I did not appreciate how the employee treated me and I feel incredibly disrespected.

    Why have a drive- through if you tell everyone to pull forward and make them wait in a parking spot for 20 minutes? The last visit they had me pull forward and promptly lost my order. They finally made it right after 30+ minutes and me having to go into the restaurant and ask for a manager. Today I asked twice for sauces at the food window and was told it would come out with my order in the parking spot. They did not. Consistent waste of an entire lunch break. But then again, it is McDonalds so probably should expect that.

    I placed a order and drove to the restaurant to pick it up at the drive-thru. When I gave the code at the speaker, staff stated they did not have my order in their system. At the window, I showed the order confirmation screen (including the order code and item list) as well as proof of payment, but employees still refused to prepare the order. After several minutes of trying to resolve the issue, the drive-thru window was closed on me while I was still speaking. I was ultimately forced to cancel the order. This occurred around midnight while I was trying to get food for my daughter, which made the situation especially frustrating. This was not a case of a missing order on my end I had full confirmation and proof of payment. The issue was a failure in either the system or how staff handled the situation. I expect better handling of paid mobile orders, especially when clear proof is provided. UPDATE: 5-2-26 After receiving an email from corporate on 4-21-26 stating that someone would be reaching out to address this, I have yet to hear anything. This isn’t shocking, but it is disappointing that the company clearly doesn’t care about the operations of its stores.
