  Ordered a hot coffee this morning for my drive to work. They’re happy to serve it obviously cold while intentionally keeping their backs turned as I tried to address staff about it. Better to throw away money than spend it where staff obviously don’t care about their service especially when the restaurant itself is not crowded.

  Easy on the ranch. The ranch snack wrap has ranch in the name, but it shouldn’t be 50%+ of the wrap. The last bite shouldn’t be a pop of hot ranch with no lettuce or chicken.

  Quick service thru the kiosk. Food was delivered to my table promptly and had ketchup in apron as well. Always nice to have it readily available when food is brought to table. Clean store. Had a couple disgruntled people come in, the employee/ manager handled them well. The one, sounded like one they have regular issues with from the area. The other was mumbling his order, the cashier, seemed to be training, did good with the customer, he kept going back n forth switching his order, to only soend so much.... the manager took over the order, and was clear with the customer "his order- amd repeated it" he paid. Then in waiting, said, "I said the words I wanted fries..." he the use vulgarity at the manager about ordering his fries... but she said handled him well, gave him his order and still kept her composure as well. It seems to me, this location has it's "rough people here", but the whole team handled the situations well, and leaving the customers with their dignity, but still stern enough to get their message across. Great team here.
