- BMBill MiddletonMay 7, 20262.0I am going to start complaining to MCDonalds for starting to put lock combinations on their restroom doors. Major State Route 40 has been under construction for a year due to flood damage. There can be upto an hour plus delay (1 hour 15 minutes this last time) so "nature calls" emergencies would ve heightened. This is the second McDonalds on this corridor that has had a combination lock on the restroom door. Standing in line does not help. Finally you have to yell for someone to get their attention for the code for myself and my wife. I saw 3 other people coming for same thing while I was there. Holding kids hands. Not good.

Can't just go inside to pee, need to get that from register folks to get in, in case you're pulling in and need to really go, just FYI. But, once inside, it's clean and well maintained. Service was good, fast, friendly. Food was what you'd expect...it's McDonald's. Parking lot is a bit frustrating as almost all the spots are earmarked for mobile pickup but if you keep going around the building you'll see a few spots. You order and pay at self serve touch screens.
