I love getting the seafood and my girl likes the deluxe. We add a bit of chilli oil and if you want to try the fried gyozas, do it!?! Everything is sooooo good.

Waited 35 minutes with a group of 4 while 4 servers were on their phones and only had 2 other tables, nobody came to get our drinks or nothing, we walked out. Food is great but the service needs some serious improvement

We got here around 10pm and were seated without issue. Food was good, service was good, prices very reasonable would come again.

Itto Ramen Bar & Tapas in Asheville was phenomenal. Everything we ordered was excellent, and the meal had a great mix of flavors, textures, and variety. We had the dynamite shrimp, shishito peppers, bao buns, crispy rice with crab, and two different types of ramen. Every dish was well prepared and full of flavor.
The ramen was rich and satisfying, the small plates were fun to share, and the crispy rice and crab dish was a standout. We also had cocktails and a bottle of sake, both of which paired really well with the food. Overall, this was a fantastic meal and definitely a place I would recommend for anyone looking for great ramen, tapas-style dishes, and drinks in Asheville.
