- ADAdam Daehler4 days ago5.0If I could give more I would. Do you know what none of them I don’t think say “not my job” I walked in when they were super busy. So I expected to wait a little which is fine I don’t mind waiting my turn I’m nothing special lol I’m just like everyone else. The only person that would have been able to see and did see me was the gentlemen sweeping the floor. He stopped his duties and greeted me and asked how he could help, I explained I’m just here for a pick up order not wanting to cause a fuss or anything and right away he let the line know I was there for my order. I wasn’t even trying to bother that nice man. I saw him sweeping and didn’t want to interrupt his task but he stopped dead and made sure I was taken care of first. Yall……yall need to show others how that is done. The motivation that gave me to do better at my job is renewed. Thank you so much and we will be back soon

I ordered through the five guys app. I ordered two cheese burgers and added patties to both . And both cheese burgers are very different not a like at all. And a regular fry to share . I also left a tip which I know online tips are not left and I wanted to give it because cooks deserve tips to. Previously had visited two other occasions at this location and never had any issues. I pre ordered to pick up for a date night with my partner. When I got home I discovered the hamburgers were not made at all like I ordered . The only thing that who ever made them that they got right was the cheese and extra patty . For me i was very disappointed. And saddened i even left a tip. I will not be revisiting this location . If I pay good money for food . I expect it to be made the way I liked it . what I was craving was destroyed. I will travel further to the other location for better service .

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
