Placed an online order here and the order was wrong. Received an email from El Que Pasa the next day later soliciting feedback on our experience and I noted the problem. I immediately received a message that indicated someone from management would follow-up to "make things right", and never heard another word, despite having email them as well. I have a problem with a restaurant that makes mistakes, promises to make them right and then doesn't do as they promise. I can't recommend El Que Pasa given the circumstance presented here.

I emailed the restaurant after a visit I made this past Tuesday and they never responded. I ordered takeout and asked for a burrito with the guacamole on the side and a side of fries as opposed to the salad option. I was charged for a full side of guac ($8) and a side of fries ($7). I was given a salad I didn’t ask for as the burrito’s side. No one has responded. I’m not as upset about the $13 charge as much as I am the fact the sever had to know better. To make matters worse, it was my birthday meal as we just moved here and my partner had to work that night.
