  I haven't been in years. Thought I'd stop in for coffee, Internet, & possibly a kruller. Coffee is okay, just okay. (Honestly, does not compare well with McDonald's). The French Kruller did not tempt me (too blond). The Internet was a hassle (apparently blocks UDP, which I need). All in all, a learning experience.

  Ordered on mobile app and no way to avoid the long drive through line because the inside store was closed and employee said I must wait in the drive through for my order. Over an hour later I finally received my order in which our drinks were melted and the bacon was cold with hardened grease all over it. Will not be ordering from here anymore either because the customer service was terrible, as the employee was very rude and lacked personality.

  This is one of my favorite Dunkin locations. Friendly and quick service and the food/ coffee has always been fresh.

  We are from Florida, where every Dunkin’ Donuts you go to is excellent. However, I’m not sure what happened here in North Carolina… This might be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The only thing worse than our cold food was the customer service. The guy who took our order was very very rude in his speech. It was the guy with the weird looking earrings in his ears. And when we went in to ask them to warm up our food… They reluctantly remade our food saying that “that’s just how it comes”. It was a white guy with black hair named Shawn.

  I visit Dunkin every day across multiple states while traveling for work. I’m mixed about this particular location simply due to the staff. I have visited this location 4 times and have had 2 good experiences and 2 bad experiences. The product served is fine, but getting the order right is the issue. The staff is hit and miss on whether or not they will listen to the order, then gets a bit of an attitude when the order is wrong. Yesterday, my wife ordered a latte with oat milk, it came out with Almond milk. When we asked to remake it, it was obvious that they didn’t want to and they even argued that they made it with Oat Milk, even though the label plainly said Almond Milk and the drink tasted like Almond Milk. Once they re-made the drink, it came back with Almond Milk again. We were tired of going back and fourth, so we simply dropped it in the trash can and left. It’s a shame that a good business can be so bad because of a few uncaring employees. Oh well, there’s another one a few miles down the road!
