- BOBrody Osborne1 day ago2.0You’ll get an average experience at best with this location. I’m someone who has been getting Dunkin several times per week for years (especially being from MA, where Dunkin runs in our veins), and this is one of the most disappointing locations I’ve been to. Staff doesn’t seem to care about anything, half the time they’re hiding in the back talking and don’t notice someone walk in. Food is often burnt or sandwiches just lazily thrown together. And lately they have been under filling every coffee I get, to the point that I have to ask them to actually fill it to the top. If I’m going to pay $4.50 for a large iced coffee, I’d expect there isn’t an inch of empty space between the top of the liquid and the lid of the cup. Basically giving me the equivalent of a medium in a large cup. Never had this issue consistently at any other location except this one.

But I’ve been here a few times recently, and unfortunately, my order hasn’t been quite right. Since I usually don’t notice until I’ve driven away, it’s been frustrating. Most recently, my iced coffee with creamer tasted really unusual, almost as if it wasn’t fresh, and it made me feel super nauseous, so I didn’t even finish it.

Also make sure they give you a receipt, because when you tell them the order is wrong they'll argue. Or do yourself a favor and just dont go. Edit: Reading other reviews after posting this, it seems like this is a common problem. Interesting that a bunch of 5 star reviews show up next to so many 1s and 2s. Makes you wonder, doesn't it.

I pointed out their mistake, handed them back, and asked the girl if she wanted me to pull over to the side. She said yes. My kid and I waited 15 mins before I had to leave to drop her off. It gets better (worse) I called them at 11:25 as I drove off- the woman ARGUED with me saying that they had told me to pull to the second window, not to the side. You’re going to argue with customers, when you took my money and didn’t give me anything?! What horrible customer service! Shame on you Dunkin Donuts. Do better!
