The Coffee was a Hot caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. Upon profiling my drink there was no caramel flavor. I asked one of the workers make sure that it was correct because I did not taste any caramel. After having this horrible interaction with the barista. At this time I would just like a refund for my order. Someone called for the manager but she said she was busy and she's not able to come to the front to address this matter. Poor - SERVICE - safety and sanitation - communication - Hospitality service
