They know our orders and are more like best friends instead of employees. Im always excited to see them when i go in. This is my favorite store with my favorite people!!

- CTCate TuckAug 25, 20261.0I went in early in the morning. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted. Finally a woman came from the back smelling of alcohol, and to put politely was not put together. I had to repeat my order to her 4 times. And the coffee was still wrong. I asked to speak with the manager, and was told SHE WAS. Not a good experience considering I start my day with Dunkin. Luckily I usually go to the one on biltmore on my way to work. I will not be returning to this store.
- ENErica NicoleAug 22, 20261.0I went here yesterday, so post is late. I ordered online and went to pick order up, the workers were rude. I walked in and was meant with stares. They were so busy chatting with their friends on the clock that they were puzzled when I asked for my order. Once I got my order, I opened it up and noticed it was a hair on the donut. I told them and one of the workers said, " I have pretty blonde hair, its not mine." I told him, " I don't care whose it is but it is there and I would like another donut please." Then the girl who had brown hair with blonde hair asked me rudely, " So, I guess you want a new one." I gave her grace because she was young and it seemed like none of their parents taught them manners. When I left they all just laughed as I walked out the door. Very rude, and I called customer service to complain. I hope they can show more kindness to those who they are serving instead of being nasty.
