Arrived to the store 30 minutes later than estimated time so I knew my pizza was already ready to be picked up. Walked in and there’s was about 10 workers inside (training future employees I’m guessing). Not once did anyone in there greet me. Not a single word. 10-15 minutes pass of me standing there patiently waiting to be helped. Then another person comes in. And another person after. There’s three people in-line by now waiting to be helped. Then finally someone says “who’s working the front” and finally someone come to speak. It shouldn’t have taken that long to greet a customer working in customer service. With that many people training, there’s was no one teaching Point of Sales. Very disappointed in this certain location, will not be ordering from there again.

After waiting for a local person to answer, phone person apologized that the driver is back and they would be happy to make us another pizza…to deliver. It is now way past 9pm. Well, first pizza order was to be delivered before 8:49, second pizza, I’m not sure. No thank you. Pizza Hut is around the corner, Domino’s is 2 miles from us. Who do you think my new go to will be? Yep, you guessed it.

I placed an order on a Saturday and I understand they were probably very busy but I had a delivery and the wings I ordered were not delivered. I called the store to let them know and was told they were too busy to deal with this and I’d get a call back then hung up on. I understand and was kind but to be treated like that after tipping and ordering extra blue cheese for the wings I never got…it’s disappointing and I won’t be ordering from there anymore. The local pizza joint down the street is priced similarly and WAY nicer

I order at 5 pm and the deliver driver came to our house and didn’t deliver (we was standing outside and watch him drive by) and told the store he did deliver. When calling the store they refuse to give us a refund. And didn’t deliver more pizza out till almost 3 hours later. Absolutely horrible customer service and I won’t be ordering from this store again.

It was frustrating to listen to the Domino’s lady cheerily advertising to us about using the app to save time, on repeat. We were told that they were very busy and that we were the second stop on our driver’s list. I don’t understand why if we were the second stop it took an extra hour an and a half (we were told she had left the store). By the time the pizza got to us it was stale and cold. This is the third time we have attempted to order from this location, and it will be the last. I think we deserve a refund, or at least to be refunded the 20% tip I gave.
