  Everyone was friendly and helpful. But I would steer anyone AWAY from the Just Chicken Fingers and Fries. Missy at the bar was the greatest!

  Went with a group of 8 and we all had dinner and drinks. Be prepared for a 3% credit card fee, added 20% gratuity for groups of 6+, and they will not do separate checks. We had to ask our server to bring water for our table, drinks from the bar took forever, we were never given water refills, not asked if we wanted more drinks, and never asked if anyone needed anything or if we wanted dessert and also had to track down the server to get our check to leave. I feel that the servers didn’t care about giving us good service since they already knew they had the 20% gratuity added on. Oh and also was charged $2 for Titos vodka, which is insane with all of the other surcharges. There are SOOOOO many other options downtown and I suggest anyone reading this choose any of them rather than District 42.

  First time ever going here. Loved everything! There were too many things I wanted to try, so I will definitely be back for more!

  I stay at this hotel way more than I care to admit, and make good use of the dining options. Very rarely do I venture out for food or drink because of what’s available at District 42. The recent menu changes have been exceptional. Adding basic bar food like chicken tenders with fries was a smart choice and now offers something for the younger guests (e.g. kids). An update to the pizza offerings was the right move. The Ruben is so tasty (although the bread is so fresh it tends to fall apart). Paring down the dessert menu to a few items has also worked out. You. Must. Try. The. Olive. Oil. Cake. Thanks to Cat, Blair, and the amazing crew for always being attentive and jovial.
