- JJJasonJul 1, 20264.0I am constantly posting good things about chipotle! I tried to eat there at least once a week because it is probably my favorite restaurant to eat out at! I have a huge daily protein goal and it's easy for me to get that go when I eat at Chipotle! Get the double portion of protein half a serving of brown rice and both beans along with the corn chowder and the Pico de mayo and just get a splash of shredded cheese!! They also have some great tease but they do have sugar in them so be careful if you're on a sugar deficit diet like myself. Or just water one down to cut the sugar in half!

Because we have a 30-minute drive home, we checked our food before leaving. Thank goodness we did, because the premium-priced guacamole we paid extra for was completely brown—not just oxidized on top, but a solid, unappetizing brown all the way through the container. When we circled back around to ask for a fresh replacement, the staff treated the situation like a joke. The employee casually told us, "It’s the avocados. They're all like that." When I asked for a refund for the premium add-on, I was told, "We don't give refunds here. You'll have to call 1800chipotle." No apology. No customer service. Both employees we interacted with were completely apathetic and literally laughed at the situation. Serving expired, unappealing food is bad enough, but treating paying customers with zero respect or accountability is unacceptable.

I thought I could just call the restaurant and ask them if I could come by tomorrow and just get a replacement burrito but the local number just takes you on a super frustrating loop with an AI voice bot. I guess I just wasted my money on something I couldn’t eat.
