I had rice honey chicken sour cream and cheese & that stuff was 5 alarm hot. Face red, sweating, tongue burning, like Ghost Peppers!? My friend was with me and she is Latina and said was spicy for just being basic. Whew. If in blood thinner, blood pressure meds, or stomach trouble BE WARNED!!! JUST BE AWARE.
