  I wish this wasn’t the closest one to my house. I’ve never seen a dirtier chipotle. From the dining area to the kitchen there is zero care in cleanliness. I watched what I assume is the manager leave as the place looked like a tornado of cheese and trash went through. You gotta try a little harder especially with an open kitchen concept. Very unsettling thinking this is where the food comes from.

  Girl on the grill knows what she is doing, food is always good and fresh when she is there. She will be busy working hard while everyone else stands around talking. She works hard. I love it when she is cooking on the grill. I think her name is Amanda she works during the day. The food is completely different at night. I only come when she cooks.

  They get my order right maybe 50% of the time. This last time I went, a giant semi truck parked directly behind me, blocking me in. By the time I got home, my food was cold. Ridiculous. You’re a 40 billion dollar company… have a proper unloading zone or something.

  I really try to be understanding because everyone has off days, but unfortunately this location has been consistently disappointing. I've visited on different weekdays, at different times, when it's busy and when it's nearly empty, and the experience is always the same. I've actually started driving to farther locations just to avoid this one. The employees almost always seem annoyed to be there. When I order a bowl, I'm frequently told they're "out" of very basic ingredients like rice or vegetables. The first few times I simply skipped those items and moved on. The last time, I politely asked if they were actually out or if another batch was being prepared. The employee rolled their eyes, sighed, and acted as though my question was unreasonable. I sat patiently at a table while other customers were served, waiting for the fresh food to be ready. When it finally was, the employee aggressively threw the ingredients into my bowl and clearly seemed angry for no apparent reason. Everyone has bad days, but when the same poor attitude and lack of customer service happens visit after visit, it becomes a pattern rather than an exception. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I hope management addresses the culture at this location because it has become the reason I choose to spend my money elsewhere.

  Some of the most bland food I've ever tasted. The employees making my meal seemed like they would rather be ANYWHERE but there. Was greeted with a welcome but it felt forced. This is not the first time I've had an experience like that at a Chipotle, but my daughter was starving and they were the closest food option after getting a coffee next door. I'm done giving them anymore chances though as there are so many better food options in town that aren't a "chain restaurant" serving bland food
