The only downside was the cleanliness of whole store, including the ordering counter and dining room. It seems as though they do a lot of deliveries, and need more staff to keep everything tidy on top of all the food prep and service. It's still worth the stop though

I managed to get in, and the door had a sign saying, “Short-staffed and temporarily closed,” even though there were three workers there and the place was absolutely empty. When they served my food, they did it in a rush. I suggest those workers get fired for being lazy and disrespectful. If you don’t want to work, simply just say that.

There is such an extremely high chance that they will be out of rice or peppers, pico, etc. Compared to Moe’s, which I go to often as well that has twice as many ingredients but never runs out. It’s actually just sad. Not to mention if you get the wrong person in line they have been trained to give you the absolute minimum that they think a human will accept and still pay for. But if you actually get lucky and they have everything you want and you get a decent person to serve you then the food is actually quite good, but you need to always walk in the doors with your fingers crossed.
