Today, our order was missing sauces. I ordered a salad, and my child had nuggets. While I can manage without sauce, it’s definitely not ideal—especially with a salad. Due to time constraints, I wasn’t able to return to the store, so I called to let them know about the issue. The employee I spoke with responded by saying, “Sorry, we forget.” When I asked what she meant, she explained that they get busy and sometimes forget the sauces. I then asked if she was a manager, and she confirmed that she was. I expressed that I did not expect that type of response from someone in a management position. On a previous occasion when I had an issue, the manager was very apologetic and even provided reward points through the app, which I appreciated. Moving forward, I will make sure to check my order in the drive-thru before leaving.
