    I had a simple order that I placed on my mobile app before going...2 Ice Dream cones. I walked in to the "order pick up" area as directed by the app. I walked in and saw 2 ice dream cones sitting on the counter behind the registers. They already looked like a fall leaf... lacking life, drooping, and ready to fall. Despite the lack of customers in the restaurant (0 in line or at the counter) and 2 cars in the drive through, the staff were standing and talking- enjoying their afternoon. After waiting longer than I felt I should, I started looking at the clock. An additional 2 minutes into my stay, I was finally acknowledged (yay!). I was handed the 2 failing ice dream cones that had been sitting on the counter...now dripping (my favorite...dripping cones). As a clue-in, I asked the poorly dressed and poorly groomed counter man how long they had been sitting there...(hint, hint). He stated. "about 50 seconds" and he walked away. Against my better judgement and lacking the enthusiasm to enter the ongoing team member conversations, I took the cones. As I quickly ate the ice cream, I was completely disappointed to find that the cone wasn't even filled with ice cream...I don't know who made the cones, but the story I told myself was that the guy who didn't take the time to comb his hair, tuck in his shirt, and has a poor sense of time was the culprit. If you look like you don't care, and you smell like you don't care. you probably don't care. I would recommend an ice cream cone making in-service to the staff and a course in better coaching and accountabilty to the management team.

    We like Chick-fil-A and we visit many of the stores around North Carolina! Today, unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of the employees, her name is SOL! She did not great Us. She had a bad attitude and was not friendly at all. We’re so used to the Amazing Service of Chick-fil-A employees that we were really Surprised About this ugly, Poor behaviour & lack of customer service. SOL Needs to go back to the customer service training to represent this company high stands.

    After my previous review, I was sent a promo coupon for a free salad as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that the coupon had an expiration date, and I only realized it when I tried to use it. I understand that policies are policies, but I reached out and explained the situation politely. I spoke with several employees, including the manager, Caitlin, however no one was willing to make an exception or offer any kind of solution. It feels unfair, especially considering that the coupon was given to compensate for a previous negative experience, and in the end I never got to use it. A little flexibility or customer care would have made a big difference. I hope the management considers handling situations like this with more understanding in the future.
