They will also make sure you cannot get a drink with out the adhesive backside of sticker paper being directly dunked into it. 100% of the time you will find your receipt marinating in your fries. Im leaving this review not only because of the quality of food/service. I'm also leaving it because I find it particularly devastating that people are this incapable, and that it wasnt any kind of mistake. It happens so consistently I can only guess ink is part of the recipe. Life is less enjoyable knowing theres people around me eating receipt ink.

This is usually our favorite location, but here recently it's been a disaster and not holding up the expectations they should be. For breakfast has become disappointing and almost confusing. We usually always do mobile orders. Just this past Saturday we drive up to the voice box in their drive thru and all the man says on the microphone is "good morning" then that's it. A long pause. I believe it's the same man because it has happened before where all that's said is "good morning" on the microphone. No follow up. Rarely anyone at this location says "my pleasure" anymore. They are always forgetting things with our orders. This past Saturday they forgot literally all of our sauces. The young girl running the food out was holding her phone in her hand while holding the food. Other times they forget our food, and we've had to go inside to fix it. I don't see a-lot of management here a lot of times, maybe that's the issue. Then the wait times?? Insane. We usually spend an average of about 20-30 minutes in line everytime we go. The way they construct the drive thru doesn't make sense, they will give the cars behind you their food first but then nobody can move or leave because everyone is trapped in. The overall attitudes of the employees at this location is disappointing and that's all the time not just breakfast. Hopefully some positive changes can be made at this location. Food has been subpar. Drinks always taste bad and seems that they need more syrup in them. We do not order drinks from this location anymore.
