- SHS H4 days ago5.0I mostly try to avoid chains when I am on vacation, but this place was open very early and close to our hotel and we needed breakfast before heading out in the early morning for hiking. I was very pleasantly surprised! The pumpkin bagel was nice and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Much better than your usual chain bagel place!
- TGtwitch g6 days ago5.0As I sit here and eat my smoked salmon on onion bagel, I decided to read the negative comments. I stop here when i'm in the area, maybe 6 times a year. Some complain about snarky employees, I've never experienced that. Complaints about slow service, this isn't mcdonald's, it takes time to toast, spread cream cheese, and put on toppings. Some people complained they didn't get service with a smile, while a smile has never made my food taste any better, i did get some though.. I've never experienced bad service here. I have experienced rude customers though. I decided to ask people seated at tables, 9 different tabels, What their experiences were. All but one, we're repeat customers. None had anything negative to say. The one table that was not a repeat customer said he will be back, and so will I.

Customers behind us were being extremely rude and talking so bad about the employees, but I wanted to say you were amazing. Don’t listen to the haters. Thank you for an amazing experience!!!
