- ABAdam Breuer6 days ago1.0Horrible experience. The drive thru is the worst. Rude is an understatement. Tried making me move from the window and wait in a parking space because they didn’t want corporate to see the ticket times, I waited for a four piece tender box for 10 minutes. Not to mention the drive thru employee arguing with me telling me I had to move. I was the only car in the drive thru. I run a restaurant and can tell you I would have fired her on the spot for treating a paying guest the way I was treated. Whoever manages this particular store should be fired for encouraging that behavior. They should be embarrassed. Food sucked as well. I could run that store into profit vs them running it in the ground. Ridiculous customer service, just gross all the way around.

Today i visited and ordered a 2 thigh and leg dinner. When i got to the window i was told there was no dark meat. I was offered 1 thigh and two wings :(. That is already less meat than what i paid for so i asked for a third wing and was responded by saying “if i can find a third one”. So no thighs, no legs and only 2 wings? I was very sad and reluctantly took my thigh and 2 wings. Then they forgot to give me my breakfast sandwich and i had to wait at the window until they came back. 😞 please do better
