Told me they were out of what I even ordered when I got to the window. On top of that, I ordered a sandwich with no pickles and I watched them make my sandwich with pickles then laugh about the mistake and serve me that same sandwich with pickle juice all over it.

Yes, it is always a good idea to check it when you get it because do they really care to get the order correct? The food was warm and had probably been setting there for awhile from the looks of it. It was a to-go order by drive-thru so when I gave the 5 star atmosphere rating, I was comfortable in my own car and not having to get out and go inside. I have had better food from Bojangles but, you take a chance each time you visit these places.
