  Bargello was one of the highlights of our visit to Asheville. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and exceeded our expectations. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and overall dining experience. The staff was attentive throughout the entire meal, making sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. A special mention goes to the hostess, who was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and made us feel valued from the moment we walked in. If you’re looking for outstanding food, excellent service, and great value, Bargello is a must-visit. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Asheville!

  I overlooked that this restaurant is located inside a hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. It was a bit pricey for the portions, but I will say, the handmade fresh pasta was tasty. And, it was one of the few pestos where I didn't have to add acid (lemon juice) to make the dish pop. I wish the entry into the restaurant was a bit more clearly marked. We couldn't tell if that was the hotel's generic restaurant, or Bargello, until we spotted a stack of menus which said Bargello.

  House made pasta was outstanding. Appetizer and dessert just as delicious. Each course was thoughtful and curated with flavor and balanced.

  I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. It is gorgeous! The staff from the moment you're greeted on arrival throughout the course of dinner were exceptional. To be able to learn to craft pasta with the chefs was such a fun learning experience and they elevated our work, making our dinner amazing. I don't know who came up with that idea, but I would encourage you to continue to do it. It was exceptional! Thanks to Chef Tyler and his staff for all their great work.

  We had the orchetti with vodka sauce (delicious) and the Ravioli verdi (also delicious) Truffle fries very tasty but definitely a shareable. A little on the expensive side with entrees at ~$34 + wine also costly in my opinion
