  Sat in drive thru for 15mins for 3sliders when there was only 2 cars in front of me.

  Food was good. Customer service was well terrible, I went through drive thru. I waited forever and when I did get up to order i had to repeat it 3 times ugh... When I paid for and got my order it was wrong.

  Wow,I just went to Arby's around six o'clock and had the most fabulous experience.This young kid took my order and was the nicest person I have had the pleasure of doing business with in fast food.I even had to add to my order and apologized for it and he told me that customer service was his job.Then proceeded to tell me that the food was been made fresh and I would have wait 2 to 3 mins .To please be patient and he was sorry that I would have to wait at all .I haven't had such a great experience like that in years and it was wonderful.The food was great and I will go out of my to use this Arby again.

  Food's good. Service good. Homeless have set up house. Waited with no luck to use restroom. As leaving, saw the person who was in there so long come out to the parking lot to occupy a broken down vehicle that looked like it had been there forever.

  Just ordered dinner a bit ago and order 3 sandwiches. 2 were super messy which is fine I guess but the 3rd, a half lb beef n cheddar was without the cheddar. How do you leave off one of the main ingredients?
