  Pulled up to the drive thru at the New Leicester Hwy location and the entire crew was in the parking lot smoking. Paid $26 for a brisket sandwich and beef and cheddar meal. Only to get home and my full sized beef and cheddar is actually a slider literally drenched in cheese sauce. I’m talking cheese dripping off the saturated bread. Whoever made this sandwich then thought to themselves “that’s a good job” should go apologize to their mother for being a complete and total disappointment.

  Completely shit show. The staff acted like it was beneath them to serve us. Food was cold they were blasting rap music with foul language and making fun of drive through customers. This was on June 8th 2026 at 5:45pm. This staff needs to be better managed or fired

  I got so sick eating one sandwich here. I threw up for 24 hours. Tasted fine, but did not agree with me.
