5/13/26 8:50pm order number 98970e
I went by this location and had a mobile order and a separate second order (98970e). The person at the window handed me the mobile order and said to wait a moment for my second order only to come back shortly afterwards to say that they actually already handed me both orders and I was good to go. I get home only to find out that the second order was missing completely so I called and spoke with someone named Kip (maybe Pip or something very similar) but it sounded like they said "Kip". It took that individual quite some time to find my order even after giving them the time stamp and order number. After finding it though, they allegedly took my information down and said to return in the near future and they would make my order and gave me their name, Kip, just in case they weren't working when I came by. I returned on Friday 5/15/26 around 9:30 pm, explained the situation to the person taking orders in the drive through, and that individual proceeds to tell me that Kip was not there and I need to come back when they were working. I told that individual that Kip wrote down my info just in case they were not there when I came by. Next a voice comes over the speaker, presumably the manager on duty, in the most unprofessional aggressive ghetto tone "talm bout ion gone just give you free food" I explained it wasn't "free" food and I had already paid for it. They refused to budge stating that Kip didn't write any information down and I would need to come back when Kip was working, more or less calling me a liar. At this point y'all have cost me time, money, and gas as I've waited in the drive through twice, driven back up there, spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with Kip, and now you're asking me to drive back again but only on a specific day that Kip may be working to correct a mistake y'all made to start with. And on top of it all, your manager more or less called me a liar. I'm not sure why y'all would even hire someone like that into a management position to start with, but that's a different story. If I could leave y'all 0 stars I would because your staff members sure earned it for you. Absolutely frustrated
