  Cashier felt bored out of toutch not paying attention. Asked for cheese and pepper for pizza and I got pepper in a foil 🥀. Feels gloomy and sad. If your getting a summer job be more happy or something els. Overall not good needs to be improved

  My pizza looks like I ordered just a crust than pizza. The manager I spoke to told me I can bring the pizza back for a refund knowing I ordered delivery so I didn’t want to leave my house in the first place. I could have made a better pizza at home tbh

  This entire experience was unacceptable. I asked for no contact delivery, no knocking which it gives me the option to when I place the order online, if they have changed the policy - that option should be taken off the app. The delivery driver gets to my house & knocks & knocks on the door. Then proceeds to get back on his truck with the pizza I have I already paid for. I went out & told him, there were instructions to leave at the door & to not knock. He said “we tried to call you, it went by pass your phone onto wherever, we don’t leave them on the porch anymore”. I said you’ve done it before & Dominos does it. He said “If you want dominos, go to dominos” I explained to him it shouldn’t have gave me the option for contactless if you didn’t offer that. He then says “do you want your pizza or not? I have to go” This man has me shaking, I’ve never been talked to like that from a delivery driver, no apologies, just rude & smartass mouth from an older white man, he said call my manager she will defend me because we tried to call. Do I want my pizza? Ive already paid for & left HIS tip on the app. Then I call his manager, she said they tried to call me several times, I have no missed calls on my phone. She was just as rude as he was. Again the option SHOULD NOT be online if it’s not available. I asked her name, she said Yasmine, do I need to spell that out for you? She stated the policy had changed & I haven’t ordered since last year, mind you it’s only March. Halfway through writing this review she called back to apologize for the way she talked to me, the number they had been calling, called them back, they had been calling the wrong number. Apology was too little, too late. I will never use this Papa Johns again & would not recommend anyone to. I can promise you, that old man delivery driver would not have spoken to a man the way he did me.

  I give the service a 2. The lady behind the counter I delt with was very good order got messed up and the other workers mainly the one with the piercing in the mouth, with glasses and orange lens. had an attitude with the cashier. Unacceptable infront of customers and should have been less rude to coworkers who seem fairly new.
