  Went to grab some food here after the zoo.. I did two orders, one for my friend and one for myself. We sit down with our numbers and wait. I get my food first, even though I ordered my friend her food about 5 minutes before mine (on the kiosks). We waited another 10 or so minutes and then her cousin goes up to ask where the food is, and was told it was already given out.. he told them it didn't get to us. They said they'd check. Another 10 minutes passes and nothing, so he goes up there again. And was turned away again. So now, I go up there. And am immediately helped.. and given the food. Her cousin is a mixed teen. And was being profiled. Y'all need to get your act together. Yet another reason I never go to McDonald's.

  Made an order on the app and customized my burger but I got it the way they regularly make it. It was good but is wasn’t what I expected.

  Ordered nuggets and a mcdouble. Food was so hard neither I or my wife could eat the food. Won't go back again.
