There’s always no manager on site and when we asked the employees, they will respond by telling us that the manager is barely there and is useless anyway. They said the manager only sits in the lobby and eat and yells! Don’t go to this store. Just go to Dunkin at Asheboro Walmart. It’s brand new and they have so much better management and employees! Fired that manager!
- ELEveryday LifeOct 1, 20261.0A bunch of high school students are running this store without a manager. We would always wait about 30 minutes! Both Drive thru and inside! Whenever we will go here or my family or friends will go to this place and ask for a manager, they will all tell us that “she’s” barely there and they were even telling us that when she’s there. This is why we are always looking for a manager. And all these employees will tell us that manager would just sit down in the lobby to eat and watch them struggle, not even help them and would always yell at them. I don’t know if these employees are all telling us the truth but if that’s the case, that’s crazy. I have never heard of a manager who’s barely at the workplace and still not getting fired. That’s ridiculous! Dunkin needs to hire a new manager then! Someone who can be there and do his or her job! This is the most unorganized, slowest, and ridiculous Dunkin franchise that my family, friends and I have ever been. The service is so slow (both Drive thru and dine-in). Employees hates their job and their managers. We also found out from all the employees that the people running this store is a family. They told us 5 members of the managers at this Dunkin are blood family, even relatives are working here. That’s crazy nepotism right there. Service at the Drive Thru is even worse than Dine-in. The minimum wait in line is about 20-25 minutes per car. This Dunkin place has gotten worse and worse! Thankfully, there’s another Dunkin now at Walmart Asheboro. And they are really good at what they do. I recommend people to go to Dunkin at Asheboro Walmart than going to Dunkin Asheboro at Dixie. Dunkin at Asheboro Walmart so 1,000% so much better experience and taste!
