We have never had a bad experience and they are always in top of things if they are out of something and will call if they can substitute (like a soda). I am not sure if they do employee appreciation, but I have to give a huge shout out to Megan who delivers our food almost 99% of the time. She always has a smile on her face and is so professional! We greatly appreciate her kindness and I hope she sees this review! Overall, this is a great location. Every place has its flaws, but I feel the kindness and compassion these employees have exceed the flaws.
