- QSQuentin Singletary6 days ago1.0Last night was one of the most disrespectful events I’ve ever experienced as a man as me and my wife attempted to purchase a meal we was met with so much disrespect first of all, they didn’t have the food we wanted, and instead of trying to accommodate what we want, they try to get us to pay Full price for less and then when we ask for our money back, we were Threaten Not only by the employees but the Manager too and once we matched that energy because we wanted to reimbursement that they didn’t want to give law-enforcement was call on us and we was blacklisted from that Bojangles, which is fine Officer Pig Spencer, you did a great job serving your community into the night manager that threaten to put hands on my wife. I could do nothing but pray for you

They still didn’t have our order in the queue when I went in to get a refund. Manager Neil came out and was incredibly rude and was saying according to the receipt he just printed, we had only waited one minute (because he had just entered it). Had to argue to get a refund and he proceeded to argue with me as I turned my back and my entire walk to the door. Terrible service, I love Bojangles but this ain’t it

We got cups for drinks. About 5-6 other groups ordered and im still waiting. All employees are doing drive thru orders. Finally talk to manager and said we wanted money back and was told they had to keep drive thru running or they would get in trouble. Said she had 7 employees quit. If Bojangles doesn't want people to eat in they should close the doors. I'll be eating anywhere else. If I'm not valued as a customer, I don't need them.
