  I've eaten here many of times and never had the issue that I did last night. Tried one of their new Angus Philly cheese steak sandwiches and it tasted just pure awful. Upon unwrapping it look like somebody had just crammed whatever into the wrapper and sauce was everywhere. It was so bad I end up having to give it to my dog. I also got a roast beef sandwich which never have had any issues until today. The meat smelled pungent. I was skeptical and still took a bite and it tasted like old leather. The whole experience makes it even worse because I had to sit in line for almost 30 minutes waiting on my food. This place is really going downhill.

  When I arrived at the drive-thru, it was obvious that it was going to take a while. It was at least 3 to 4 minutes for each car to place their order and to move up for the next. When I was asked to proceed to the second window, I knew that obviously they had not have enough people for the drive-thru. I receive my sandwich only at a price of well $.16 back from a $10 bill. About a six or seven minute drive home so I was anxious to try the sandwich. I opened it and well it was still warm. I noticed the aluminum foil wrapper had been torn and part of the cheese was now on my hand. As I bite into the sandwich, it was obvious that this sandwich had been microwaved. The bread was very spongy and hard to chew. The overall taste of the beef and cheese was good. However, my first bite met with a piece of gristle. This was a very un enjoyable experiment and I will not be returning to the Asheboro store anytime soon.

  15 minutes is a long time to wait after ordering 2 sandwiches, and 6 minutes feels like an eternity when your sandwiches are ready behind the counter, but there is no one to bag & hand them to you...

  Love Arby's but I must say they really dropped the ball with this new Angus cheese stake went with the 1/2 pound sandwich for my brother and myself got him a curly fry got myself a 5 piece cheddar poppers no drinks it was $42 and some change and the cheese stake absolutely tucked it was so soggy the paper they wrapped it in fell apart way to much liquid it was like eating soup and really no flavor stood out. Thumbs down Ole well lesson learned. I'll stick with the brisket or classic roast beef...
