  So I went to sonic to get my grandkids some ice cream I placed my order but never received the ice cream sat there 10 mins still nothing . I mean really how hard is it to put ice cream in a cup and bring it to the car .

  Ordered at a stall and no one came out. Had to go inside a still ended up waiting for another 5 min...for a shake.

  My boyfriend and I ordered through the Sonic app on Monday and had a not so good experience. We only ordered a 4-piece mozzarella stick and a small Ocean Water, checked in through the app exactly like instructed, and the screen even showed we had arrived. The first time we used the app, a young lady ,Sloan , brought our order out with no issues, so we followed the same process this time. We waited over an hour while every other car got their food, and no employee ever checked on us even though we were parked right by the door. When we finally asked about our order after they had already closed, the blonde male employee blamed us for not personally telling them we were there. Even if that was required, someone should have checked on us after seeing us sitting there for so long. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing.

  Hour of my life gone for a cold hotdog and burger I don't never eat at a place like this for that reason took me forever to get the order canceled I think my cashier was not right in the head I ask her 30 minutes into the order how do I cancel it 10 minutes later she brings the food this place is a joke want be back did get a refund the food is place where it should be in my trash can!!lol I did read the reviews for this location lol I would not wasted my time if I seen it sooner I probably get a response on what location give u a clue it the location I posted the review on.

  Sometimes you wait 20+ minutes in the Drive Thru but if you're not in a hurry its a good little spot for some old school favorites and of course like hundreds of fun drinks!
