  Went to order today and the line was extremely long. We arrived around 3, had to wait 45 minutes just to get to the menu. Then, when we ordered, we stated we had two separate ones.. the dude on headset took our first one then ghosted us. We waited another 10 minutes to pull forwards, and he continued taking the next person’s order. When we got to the window to pay, we let him know that he had ignored us and he told that “they didn’t do second orders in the drive thru” which has to be unheard of. I was the person with the second order, I did not get my food and had to leave hungry. :(

  It was my first time to Sonic, & honestly, I was pretty blown away. The drive-thru was packed, the order stalls were well-managed, & Karlee still managed to serve up a feast almost immediately. The smashed burger, chili dog, tater tots, chicken bites, slushie, & thick milkshake set me back less than $30. Awesome way to break up a busy day!

  we ordered our food at 730pm. did not receive our order until roughly 30 minutes later, ordered through a stall and asked for sauce. no sauce or even ketchup was included in the bags. service is better through the drive through, every time we go the stalls take upwards of 20 minutes to get our food out and half the time they forget something. extremely disappointed as we love sonic, but they disappoint more times than not.
