- RHRobin HillierSep 27, 20261.0Never gotten food from this location without having to call 3 different customer service numbers. This location won't even pick up their phone. Customer service is dead. Do not order from Pizza Hut, especially not this one. PICK UP YOUR PHONE
- ABAllison BooneSep 26, 20261.0The 1st time I ordered my pizza they got it right. The other 2 times I have ordered it they delegated to put the 3rd topping on it. Honestly, the basil drizzle is the only reason I started ordering with pizza hut. So if you can't get my order right what is the point of you taking orders? The employee in the drive thru was even asked if it was on there. Smh Do better.
- GUgoogle userSep 13, 20261.0Well lets see waited 2 hrs for a pizza never received. Was delivered through doordash because I guess they didn't have any delivery drivers. Ordered through the pizza hut app. 45 min wait time fine. Gets sent to doordash for delivery. 1st driver said my order was already picked up. Called store was hung up on. So guess they remade the order. Next delivery driver picks up food . Says he handed it to me nope. He lied. Food was left on the side of the road above my house. So yea . Spent alot of money here never had a problem. Now I see why locations are closing.
- JJJeannieSep 9, 20262.0I submitted a low rating for this Pizza Hut a very long time ago. I see that it has been years and this Pizza Hut is just not improving. Why can the company not hire decent people for this location and bring the quality and employee behaviors up to an acceptable level? Ridiculous.
- BKBart KnoxAug 25, 20261.0Understaffed, crazy wait times. After being told it was done, she just had to cut it... She disappeared for 15 minutes while getting other items cooking before returning with a pizza that got cold. Stay away.
