  Placed a mobile order, was told 10 of the 12 donuts were not in stock for the dozen that I ordered, asked for a refund, was told I couldnt be refunded because it was a mobile order and I would have to email the company through the app. Also, both bagels w/cream cheese barely had any cream cheese on them.

  The last several times we get chocolate glazed donuts, it’s like they leave them in the sun before they serve them, the glaze was completely melted off the donuts and all over the inside of the box. They repeatedly use granulated sugar in their iced coffees and you end up with sugar grit, iced beverages always use syrups since granulated doesn’t dissolve in cold, like c’mon, this is coffee 101. Bakery keeps mixing the tops and bottoms of bagels so one sandwich has two tops, one has two bottoms.

  I don’t ever complain unless it’s bad and this was not good this morning unfortunately. I have stop at this location before and the service is always good and I normally get donuts for the clinic I work at which never had a problem with. But this morning I needed food, worked a long shift last night and didn’t eat dinner so I was starving this morning and decided to treat myself to dunkin. The iced coffee was so bitter I could not drink it, like it was old coffee and my hash browns that I normally love were cold and hard. The sandwich wasn’t great but at least I was able to eat that. Just so disappointed. I work hard for my money and don’t eat out much but when I do I expect to be able to actually eat the food. Please do better…we can’t afford to waste our money.
