  I used to love going here. There were two very friendly young ladies that I raved upon. I haven’t seen them in awhile and have been replaced by rude, unpleasant women that can’t even say thank you as they dead faced hand you your coffee. Today, they took back the coffee they made me because it needed to be “modified”. Not sure what that meant but they remade it while high-fiving eachother. Unacceptable behavior and even though I’ll spend double, I’ll happily spend my money elsewhere.

  After waiting 8-9 minutes for the two cars in front of me to get their orders, I arrived at the drive up window and discovered the reason for the slow progress. The employee working the drive up window was totally confused and unable to figure out her job. She asked me three times if I had ordered an ice coffee. I told her three times I had ordered a large hot coffee with one cream. She then told me my bill was $27. The fourth time she picked up the ice coffee and told me I had to pay before she would hand the ice coffee to me. (??). She is obviously in the wrong job… maybe even unemployable. Her manager should not let her near a customer or the cash register.

  Literally just ordered from there, got both of our orders wrong. Had a protein matcha latte, and they added milk along with the protein milk. And at that point I could of just drank milk from home. Had slight matcha flavor to it. I don't know if I'd wanna go back to this one.

  Multiple times I’ve stopped for a coffee and there’s just no one there. Today, 24 minutes after opening I waited in the drive thru until I decided to take my business else where.

  Hit or miss when they decide to get my order right. I come every morning and get the same exact thing. Yet 2/3 times over the month it will be wrong. If you want someone who doesn't listen and is rude when taking your order. This is the place. Can't even call the establishment to have them make it right by their customers. Once I get ahold of corporate I hold they send someone to actually run this place as it's supposed to be ran.
