- CWConner WhiteAug 12, 20262.0Weak coffee. Been here 3 times, each time I’ve been the coffee was way too weak. Just tasted like sugar water and milk. I order 2 cream 2 sugar. At other dunkin locations this is always great! This most recent time I asked them to remake it and they did, but said “that’s just the coffee it’s light”. Which makes me think they don’t know how to make the coffee. I won’t be back to this location. Staff is really nice! Food is typical! But the coffee just isn’t good at this location.

I haven’t seen them in awhile and have been replaced by rude, unpleasant women that can’t even say thank you as they dead faced hand you your coffee. Today, they took back the coffee they made me because it needed to be “modified”. Not sure what that meant but they remade it while high-fiving eachother. Unacceptable behavior and even though I’ll spend double, I’ll happily spend my money elsewhere.
- SGS GJun 1, 20261.0After waiting 8-9 minutes for the two cars in front of me to get their orders, I arrived at the drive up window and discovered the reason for the slow progress. The employee working the drive up window was totally confused and unable to figure out her job. She asked me three times if I had ordered an ice coffee. I told her three times I had ordered a large hot coffee with one cream. She then told me my bill was $27. The fourth time she picked up the ice coffee and told me I had to pay before she would hand the ice coffee to me. (??). She is obviously in the wrong job… maybe even unemployable. Her manager should not let her near a customer or the cash register.
