Even with a steady line, they had people outside keeping things moving, taking orders efficiently, and making sure nothing got backed up. Inside, the place was clean, organized, and had a good atmosphere. The staff was genuinely friendly—not just going through the motions—and you could tell they actually care about doing things right. Food came out quick, hot, and exactly how it was supposed to be. No missing items, no mix-ups, just consistent quality. What really stood out was how well everything was managed. It didn’t feel chaotic, even though it was busy. That kind of consistency is hard to pull off, and they made it look easy. Definitely one of those spots you can count on when you need something quick but still done right.

It should not take 25 minutes between pulling in at 10:35 am, giving the order and picking up the order. Making a mobile order isn't any faster. Its a terrible system. Any other Chic fil a I've ever been to has the system down pat and much faster. I will be going to the Hendersonville Rd restaurant from now on. Its an embarrassment to your brand.
