  The carry out was a great experience. We wanted a lot of small detailed things She packed an awesome dinner with everything we wanted and took extra care of the kiddos

  Pretty unimpressed with our experience. Came at 7pm on a Tuesday. We were one of 3 tables in the store. Hostess left us up front a while cleaning tables. Server was Natasha. She was nice but overall highly unattentive until it was time for the check. She was literally sitting at a booth most of the evening and we had to get our own silverware and even sweet tea refills as noone working would be around for long periods of time. And of course no supervisors to be seen. Food took forever and was mediocre overall. The chicken in my Marsala was cooked well, not dry, but lacking in flavor altogether. Pasta dishes weren't as bad but still highly lacking any flavor/seasoning. We ended up being at this location an hour and forty minutes even with boxing up the food and leaving shortly after receiving it. Would have e been really nice to see a supervisor or anyone that seemed to care. Will never return.

  Conrad was an absolute people princess, Hottest man I’ve seen in a long time honestly, I think he should be in a magazine, but who’s to tell. Anyway, great service great restaurant let me get that waiter to go.

  Odd experience today. My husband & I went for our anniversary. We've been here many times before. First I asked for salad with blue cheese dressing. I got a caeser salad with blue cheese. When I asked server, she said their side salad comes with their own dressing. Like you can't change it to blue cheese? I've never heard of caeser with blue cheese dressing. Got the ribeye which last time was good. Flavor good, temperature fine but kinda chewy. We took home dessert which was supposed to be the Sogno di Cioccolata but it turned out to be tiramisu with a chocolate drizzle on top! And I hate tiramisu 😡. They have 4 desserts & she couldn't pick the right one?

  I have been to quite a few locations without any disappointment. This time however deeply saddened me. Waiter was friendly but not very attentive and didn't even tell us his name. This is the ONLY location that stated that strawberry lemonade is not free refill due to the syrup. I thought that to be extremely strange. Also for not being very busy service was slow. I noticed the servers were more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of tending to their tables. I saw the manager on duty and instead of checking making sure all tables were good, he was also more interested bsing with the servers. He didnt seem to care how the restaurant was running for the over hour my fiance and I were there. The food is always amazing but this location was lacking and was not worth the money spent. I wanted to bring it to the manager on dutys attention but the way he was presenting himself on the dining floor just showed me how little he would have cared. This location should be ashamed.
