We order the same meal and it’s not a complicated one… same 3 orders and they ask if we want to “Bo Size” it and we say yes. One Sunday we were missing the BoRounds. One Sunday we are missing the fries, she came back this time because we checked before pulling off and said excuse me we are missing the fries, brought us small fries. It’s like they can never get any orders right I don’t understand

I went through the drive through to order for my 13 and 9 year old who were using their own money that they had saved up for a treat. They chose Bojangles. We ordered, got food and went and sat in parking lot. They ordered the smallest size of sweet tea that you offer. They wanted to get a refill so they walked back inside to do that. They filled their drinks up and an employee waited until they had done so and then told them that they cannot have a free refill. She made them pour out the drinks and leave. How did she win by doing that? I went in and explained that we had just ordered 15 minutes ago. She said well people hold on to the same cup for days and keep refilling them, I said that’s not us, we JUST ordered. She was very rude and you could tell it brought her great joy to be nasty to paying customers. I will not be back to this location ever. There is no excuse for her rudeness and to make my children pour out the drinks proves that it wasn’t about saving Bojangles money it was to be nasty and mean. Congratulations to her, she succeeded …. A customer lost.
