  We requested 2 full cheese dipping sauce cups when we ordered food today. In previous times we have ordered cheese dipping sauces from this Taco Bell and they were only half full. When we ordered food today, we specifically requested that we get the cups completely filled and told the person helping us in the drive through, that on previous times we had requested full cups of sauce and it had not been filled. Today we got the same service as before. The cups were even less than half full this time We feel this was done on purpose because we had asked that the cups be filled. This is no way to conduct business and certainly no way to adhere to a customer 's request. I hope the Sunday manager reads this and makes sure his employees listen to the requests of customers. You could do a lot better than this and quite honestly you are not!

  Been waiting in drive thru for 45 minutes and still don’t have my food, two cars in front of me are still waiting also

  🚨 ⚠️ DONT EAT HERE!!!!! ⚠️ 🚨 unless you like waiting a hour in the drive through don’t eat here the workers don’t know what they are doing. I’m still waiting for my food as I’m writing this.

  Staff were very rude and unprofessional. Food was incorrect and had to be fixed and after it was fixed and still incorrect we gave up and went in and did our drinks ourself. Woman came out with our food and we informed her the drinks were missing and she said “oh my god, god dang it man” and turned around and spoke through the headset and other worker by window rolled her eyes. Drinks came out and were wrong, so we went in and fixed it ourself. Staff was rude while I was placing an order, instead of guiding me through stuff because I seen some stuff was unavailable on the app and wanted them placed there, they tried to coach me on the app and say it was not their problem what the app does (I worked at taco bell, I understand this), but then they tried to correct me in how to use the app. All around terrible service, never experienced this at a taco bell before. Get better staff, ones who don't hate their job. This was on May 2nd around 3:30pm.

  Ordered the discovery box, was handed a box without the right food in it. This is the second time I've been handed the wrong food from a Taco bell in the last two weeks. Not sure why its so hard to give the food that's ordered and payed for to the people who pay for it. No point in trying to get my money back, went through the whole process on their website and no one from the company ever bothers to do anything or even respond beyond the first automated email. If you get food from here make sure to check everything is included because they sure won't.
