  Spent $5 on a drink that is supposed to be frozen received it and it was straight liquid took it back in and ask hey this isn’t frozen at all it’s only liquid morning management didn’t care at all he told me well that’s how the machine made it wouldn’t and didn’t even try to make it right or make another one

  Wouldn’t recommend, lady mopped floors 2 and half hours before close, and then when I walked to in order at kiosk a lady YELLED at me saying “HEY BRUH,REALLY?”, and also said to her coworkers “every foot print out there can stay, I’m not doing it again” If wondering her/His name was Dee?

  I visited this McDonald’s location last week while I was in town from California, and my experience was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate in drive thru. One of the employees(janel)—who looked very young, honestly no older than around 16—was being overly flirty and making me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. It crossed the line into what felt like sexual harassment. I came in just to get food, not to be put in that kind of situation. What made things even worse is that after I left, I was somehow found on social media using my name from my mobile order. That is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy. Customers should never have to worry about employees using their personal information like that. I was under the impression that there are strict non-fraternization or workplace conduct policies in place, and this clearly goes against all of that. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and honestly concerning.

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s late at night. After 10 PM, the service really goes downhill. There was a new young darkskin lady night shift worker who spent more time talking than preparing my order usually see her mid shift not late night —even though there were no other customers. The food was poorly made and honestly tasted horrible. On top of that, the restaurant itself was dirty and didn’t feel well-maintained at all. To make matters worse, employees were smoking right in front of the building, which made the environment feel even more unprofessional. When I asked for my order to be remade, an employee named Miranda laughed along with the other worker instead of taking my concern seriously. Overall, this location has clearly downgraded in quality. I would not recommend coming here, especially during the night shift.

  Come on McDonald's really... I came through the drive-thru and this is my LARGE fry. No I didn't eat any of them. I asked for hot mustard and ketchup 2 times. I got 2 packs of ketchup, but no hot mustard. They even wrote it down themselves on the sticker receipt. I ordered a double quarter pounder, big Mac meal, 6pc nugget, and a fish sandwich.... over $30.00. This is a Mcjoke!!
