  Ordered Door Dash from here. The Bean Chalupa was almost empty with little filling - had 10 beans, 3 tomato pieces, a spoon of sour cream and cheese. The quantity of toppings is very disappointing. I hope they look into measuring and standardizing it better. Was excited this opened locally and would love to support. Have to unfortunately report this, in the hope this changes.

  The employee with the neck tattoo was extremely rude and clearly does not know how to behave with customers. On top of that, the entire staff was too busy handling drive-thru orders and completely ignored customers inside the store. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. The team seriously needs proper training on how to treat and communicate with customers respectfully.

  My mobile order clearly mentioned ‘substitute with beans’ but they still put meat in it. They did the same thing last month. I don’t understand why do they don’t pay attention or take this seriously. I was excited when this branch was open near us but this disappointing. I am writing this review but I don’t think they read or even care.

  My order was supposed to be ready inside at 8:05. At 8:25 I asked where my order was and they just said they don’t know. Someone took it or they overlooked it. No apology or anything. A free drink, something from them. This is the worst Taco Bell. They don’t even greet you or acknowledge your there. Are there any qualified managers here who are training the employees to take pride in their job or deliver great customer service. The owner needs to spend a week in this store and turn things around.
