  Waited NEARLY 40 MINUTES for order; the employee told me it would be ready in 2 minutes when I asked her after waiting for what was already a long time, only to make me wait for another 10 minutes... absolutely ridiculous; this is not a "fast food" restaurant, this is a SLOW FOOD RESTAURANT

  Just ordered from this taco bell and the food was horrible. Over salted, missing ingredients, stale tortilla wraps. My mini taco salad was just refried and tomatoes. When this first opened up it was good but has fallen off very quickly. Would not recommend it.

  Crap service, staff is unaware that people are even in the building, floor is sticky, placed an order for pickup and waited an extra 10 just to get it after it said it was ready. Food is cold and half the drinks are out of service

  Shameful! Pic shows used diaper look of soft taco with bitter and cold lettuce with some meat and cheese covered with a massive amount of wrap. Maybe owner is getting rich but I can save money by not eating here again.

  Absolutely terrible experience, and unfortunately this is about the fifth time I’ve had similar problems at this location. We waited around 40 minutes in the drive-thru with only three cars ahead of us. After finally receiving our order, we realized an item was missing and then waited another 15 minutes inside while employees ignored the customers standing there. The employee I eventually spoke with was very sweet, apologized, and quickly gave us the missing item. However, another employee with short black hair, who appeared to be the manager, argued with her and complained that we were not missing anything because it “wasn’t on the screen.” Our receipt clearly showed three Gordita Crunches, and we only received two. Instead of speaking directly to us, she complained to the other employee within earshot, apparently assuming we couldn’t hear her. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The food quality at this location is consistently poor, orders are frequently incorrect, the wait times are ridiculous, and the customer service is unacceptable. This Taco Bell is less than ten minutes from my house, but from now on I will gladly drive an extra 15 minutes to another location. I’m completely done giving this place chances and will not be returning.
