  Very disappointing experience at this location. I’ve probably had issues with around 20 out of 40 visits/orders. Whenever an order has more than 5–6 items, there seems to be a good chance that at least 1–2 items will be missing. I’ve learned that I have to check every single item before leaving, which is frustrating and shouldn’t be necessary. The portion sizes and preparation are also consistently poor. Many items seem to have far more tortilla than filling, sometimes making it feel like you’re getting only about 60% of what the item should contain. This isn’t just an occasional issue—it has happened repeatedly across different orders. What makes it more frustrating is that other Taco Bell locations prepare the same items properly, with reasonable portions and complete orders. So this appears to be specific to this location rather than the products themselves. After so many bad experiences, I’m going to stop going to this location. Too many mistakes, inconsistent portions, and too much time spent checking and correcting orders.

  We ordered 9 soft chicken tacos and were very disappointed. They did inform us that they were all out of lettuce, however all the tacos we had were missing the ingredients we listed which were pico, sour cream, and cheese. None of the tacos has sour cream and only few of them had small amounts of pico or cheese. The pico was very lacking in flavor, so it felt like we ate some tortilla and chicken. Please improve your order prep system!

  Staff was nice and completed our order accurately. But the food itself was all given the smallest portions I've ever seen. Beefy potato loaded grillers were flat and had maybe two potato pieces in them, with basically no beef. Picture shows the crunch wrap being basically empty. So while we did technically get the items we ordered, they sucked.

  I came to Taco Bell at 10am, I get my food at 2pm. Not to mention the terrible service and absurd ambient temperature. I had to wear a jacket in the middle of July from my house. Came back, still cold and STILL NO FOOD. 5 HOUR WAKT FOR CHALIPAS

  I’m 12.5 weeks pregnant and the only thing that sounds tolerable is Taco Bell with an unhinged amount of Fire and Diablo sauce. The workers not only were incredibly sweet, but they did not make me feel crazy and absolutely hooked me up with EXACTLY what I needed. 10/10. You all deserve a blessed day and a bonus.
