  Poor service from papa John’s. I didn’t receive the item which I ordered online during store pickup order . Online customer service not able to assist in this matter. Poor customer service and quality of papa John’s is going down.

  Bri, the store manager, is an absolute BOSS. She is the reason why I am giving 5 stars. Tonight I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks, and while the order took a bit longer than expected, it was immediately clear why. Bri was the only person working the entire store. She was doing everything—greeting customers, preparing orders, cooking, and getting food out the door. Even with all that on her plate, she stayed kind, polite, and focused, hustling as fast as one person possibly could. You could tell it wasn’t easy, but she handled it like a pro. Bri is a rock star, and I truly hope district management and corporate recognize what an incredible employee they have and make sure she’s taken care of.

  Just, awful. Their sandwiches taste awful. Their boneless "wings" are terrible frozen little nuggets. And their pizza is so thick and gross. However, the employees here are great and helpful. It's not their fault for how the food is. It's just papa johns.

  This location has gone downhill significantly over the past couple of years. When I compare this PJs to just about any other pizza mill (PH, Marcos, Dom) they come up short in most categories. I typically like the flavor of PJs but the cost cutting has become apparent. For a "classic" crust, the amount of dough they use minimal, like 1/3 to 1/2 of the other options which is apparent when I compare leftovers. And the smaller pizza gets fewer toppings. Ultimately it's just a "wimpy" pizza. Besides the pizza quality issues, the delivery is inconsistent as well. I can't tell you how many times I was sent a free pizza coupon because of how late the delivery was. It's even worse now that they are using DoorDash. I had multiple occasions when the pizza was on the way and the dasher informed me that they had to stop for another order. I can't fault the driver, but it is a poor experience overall.
