I specifically paid for extra toppings, but when the pizza arrived, it looked no different from a regular pizza. In fact, I had ordered the exact same pizza with extra toppings the previous week, and the difference was clearly visible then. When I contacted the store, the manager insisted that extra toppings had been added to this week's pizza. However, as a customer who ordered the same item just a week earlier, I could clearly see that the amount of toppings was significantly less this time. The manager acknowledged that he was not sure how the pizza was prepared last week but continued to claim that extra toppings were added this time. The issue is not just the missing toppings but the unwillingness to acknowledge the concern or make any effort to address it. Customers pay extra expecting to receive what they ordered. Consistency and customer service are important, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on both counts.

Domino's get your act together.. Nobody will support a franchise like this when the manager can't communicate to her employees unless it's to talk down to them.. Maybe see how management is training the younger employees and newer ones instead leaving them to power hungry boss.
