The store had no answer to fix the discrepancy. Poor customer service. Your chain is to large for this type of Poor customer support. Do better. Absolutely the last time I will be frequenting Dominos. Then I had to ask for my order because they forgot I was there waiting for it. The absolute worst.

- MCMark CramerJun 27, 20264.0The pizza was great while small it let me try them again plus stuffed crust. YUM! It's Friday night in Apex and I see a special $10 pizza with 7 toppings. For those that order pizzas on a Friday you should expect it to take 45 minutes. The app told me this but after ordering it flipped to 15 mins. It also seemed to move from order received to making which gives you the idea its almost done. If you use a credit card they put a hold on the amount you ordered. If they refund you cause you can't wait or they made a mistake it will take time to clear the hold. If it doesn't clear then claim it as fraud and move on. There were two people arguing wanting a refund receipt which they can't do. The staff tried several times to explain this to two different customers who didn't understand basic credit card processing. They did a remake on the pizza they got wrong and gave the guy his money back. Yet he kept arguing. Not sure how they could handled it any better. All while they had 80 pizzas to make.

Today (Saturday, May 30th), after my kids' swim lessons, I ordered a pizza via the Domino's app (Order #: 151). I ordered their usual favorite: a Medium Parmesan crust pizza with Italian Sausage and Green Peppers. A male staff member handed me the food at pickup. When we got home, we opened the box and found a completely wrong pizza—chicken with banana peppers.(see pic) My kids refused to eat it. I called the store at 11:16 AM, and a male employee told me they would remake it if I brought it back. I was fine with that, understanding that mistakes happen. However, at 11:19 AM, a woman called me back. She was extremely rude, yelling at me over the phone, claiming she made the pizza herself and it "couldn't be wrong." She practically accused me of lying, even though I was holding the wrong pizza in my hand! I told her I would drive back to prove it. When I returned and asked for the manager, this same aggressive woman stormed over and said SHE was the manager. I opened the box. Seeing the wrong pizza with her own eyes, she didn't apologize at all. Instead, she grabbed another box from the back shelf, slammed it heavily on the counter, and snapped, "This is yours, you took the wrong one." Unbelievable! Your own staff handed me that box. Why take your anger out on me? Because of her horrific attitude, I refused the food and demanded a refund. She resisted at first but finally did it, making the process miserable. To make matters worse, another dark-skinned male employee kept backing her up, joining her in bullying me—an Asian woman. They clearly thought they could intimidate me because of my race. They were wrong. This woman is completely unfit to be a manager. I am never coming back to this location. It’s no wonder this store is always dead quiet while the Chick-fil-A across the street is packed with customers. Avoid this place! ───
