Stuff happens, but it's how it was responded to for the 1 star review. Remake time was painstaking. Ran out of chicken, forgot chips, queso, guac, salsa, hot salsa. Reading other reviews, seems there is an issue here. I have been eating at chipotles for 25 years, love their food. This location needs help. If take outs keep getting "taken" might need to keep behind counter, review footage. Thank you.

It doesn’t matter if you’re the one who ordered DoorDash or you are the DoorDash driver, they constantly say “someone has already picked up that order” and will adamantly refuse to remake it regardless of how much proof you have that you’re the one with the order.

The music is loud and not very good, regardless of your generation and taste, sorry to say. Lose it, turn it down, or change the genre.

I had specifically requested a veggie bowl with a chicken piece. The most disheartening part was that I had consistently avoided the veggie section, opting instead for black beans and rice. Chipotle, you must improve your standards. One day, you may inadvertently cause harm to someone with food allergies.
