Maybe it was just a bad day, But on this Monday, they failed everybody who walked in during the lunch hour. first of all, the drive-through was way backed up into the street causing a traffic jam at the nearby light. So I decided to go in, after navigating the absolute treacherous maze trying to work my way around the drive-through line, It was no better inside. Never have I seen so many people waiting for mobile orders…30 is not an exaggeration. There was barely anywhere to stand. One thing I’ve always been impressed by with Chick-fil-A Is that they staff appropriately. I counted five people working, maybe there were more that I could not see. But either way, they were not even close to being prepared for the Lunch Rush Two DoorDash drivers near me in line had to leave because It was taking so long. My order was ready. 19 minutes after the promised time it’s not exactly what you’re looking for when you’re trying to have an efficient lunch. Bottom line, it was a cluster, and I will avoid this location. But I’m sure their profit was healthy today, given how many orders they had with such a small labor cost. Sigh
