I left my house at 8:00 PM and arrived at the drive-thru at 8:10 PM. Somehow, it took over 30 minutes just to receive my food. I know this because my truck’s trip timer showed a total of 45 minutes by the time I got home.
Here’s what happened.
When I pulled up to the second window, the employee told me to park in front of the building. I attempted to follow her instructions, but that area was already occupied, so I parked in drive-thru spot #2 instead. A few minutes later, another employee came out and handed me my milkshake—but not the rest of my order.
I explained that I was still missing my food. She asked to see my receipt, which I showed her. She then disappeared for what I was told would be “a few minutes,” but that turned into about 20 minutes. When she returned, she asked for my receipt again, took it inside with her, and disappeared once more. After another 10–15 minutes, I finally received my food.
By the time I got home at 8:50 PM, the food was cold. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect—likely rushed after sitting for so long. I’ll take partial responsibility for not checking the bag before leaving, but that doesn’t excuse the excessive wait time or the lack of basic order accuracy.
I also attempted to call the store after getting home, but no one answered. That’s the only reason I’m leaving this review.
I sincerely hope management addresses the evening shift, because this experience was beyond unacceptable. I’ve had bad experiences at restaurants before, but this one stands out as one of the worst. If management needs my order number, it was #1332.
