  I stop here once in a while, every single time I do its awful service here. Im always pulled to the side to wait on food. Today I only got 2 combos and still was asked to wait. And even then my order was made wrong. I understand most are teen kids working 2nd but come on. Very disappointing

  I ordered a double quarter pound with cheese. Go home only to find out if was being ranked. There was about 10 servings of mayonnaise on it. Soon as I bit down it gushed out all over the place. This burger does not come with mayonnaise. But the bigger problem is someone at that store is sending out food with no care about quality or safety. How long till they send out something dangerous.

  I just wanted to take a moment to recognize how consistently great this McDonald’s is. I come here every single day for lunch, and no matter how busy it gets, the experience is always solid. The burgers are fresh, hot, and made the right way every time. One thing I really appreciate is that the cheese is actually melted perfectly on the burgers pit might seem small but it shows they’re paying attention and doing things right.What really stands out though is how well the team handles the lunch rush. It can get packed and you can clearly see they’re under a lot of pressure, but they don’t let that affect the quality or the service. Orders still come out in an organized timely way, and everything feels efficient instead of chaotic. That takes real teamwork and effort.You can tell the staff cares about what they’re doing, and it makes a difference for people like me who come in regularly. It’s not easy keeping that level of consistency every day, especially during peak hours, but this location pulls it off. Definitely one of the better-run McDonald’s I’ve been to keep up the great work!

  I had no help and had to use a kiosk. After I ordered a customer was requesting his money back due to him buying a shake that was not frozen. The clerk told him she would not give him his money back because it wasn’t her fault that the machine was not working. Another customer walked out after hearing this conversation. When my food arrived the worker Just slapped it down on the counter never said thank you, come again, have a nice day, etc. it was like please don’t come back. The drink machine was not working and I had to throw my drink away. It was very flat. What has happened to McDonalds? Workers should act like they are happy you came in. McDonald’s needs to hire some secret shoppers and resurrect their customer service.
