  Used to come here because my ex worked here back in 2024. Was okay back then, but came by a week ago and service was horrible. Got treated like a nobody and the drive thru worker was extremely racist. Attempted to speak to manager and got told to leave after explaining the situation. Will definitely be calling corporate on this location. Also, like many others, I ordered a simple coffee and they managed to not only get the order wrong completely, there was also hair in the food. Will NEVER be coming back.

  The manager was prompt and accommodating. The store is clean and the atmosphere is friendly.

  I’m a very loyal dunkin customer. i place online orders there all the time. however i usually go before work with enough time to make it to work on time, but there’s been times like today for example, where they mess up my order and i don’t have enough time to go back and have my order fixed. i tried calling the store and they hang up or the number says it’s no longer in service. i worked at dunkin’ donuts in illinois and i know that 3 hash browns isn’t what comes in an order of hash browns and that’s what i got today. overall im not very happy with the service, there’s also been times where i try explaining that my order from the day before is wrong at the drive through, and the person at the speaker completely cuts me off and just tells me to pull forward. that’s not very good customer service and I KNOW because i work customer service. I’m not a very complicated customer, i don’t yell or raise my voice or ever demand free food, i simply wanted to make sure i got my order made correctly.
