The drive thru line does get a little confusing when people’s orders are handed to the vehicles behind you and then they stay trying to go around the line. I just feel like they should just go in order and it would run more smoothly for the customers, but doing the way they do is probably better for their drive thru times.

Got home with my order of the spicy jalapeño ranch club that is supposed to come with 2-3 pickled jalapeños on the sandwich. The jalapeños were not on the meal, called and was told to bring the order back but live 20 minutes away. What can be done to make this right? I mean who wants to drive 20 minutes to waste gas when gas is expensive. What can be done to remedy this situation?
